KENTUCKY GOBLINS

"What if....Hellier was just a symptom?"

"I was busy thinking 'bout Kentucky Goblins."

Hi, I'm Sara Costello.

I wrote a sketch show called "Saranormal Activity" where I made a "joke" about the existence of Kentucky Goblins. Unfortunately, my director wouldn't let me wax poetic on the existence of these terrifying extraterrestrials, so we're doing it RIGHT NOW.

Kentucky Goblins. Hellier. This landing page. What does it all mean?

I'll let the "About" section from the Hellier website do the talking (because I will inevitably describe it badly. That's why my piece was cut.)

"Hellier is an independently-funded documentary series, spanning five hour-long episodes that make up a single first season story arc.

In 2012, Greg Newkirk received an email from a man calling himself David Christie, who claimed that he and his family were being terrorized by unearthly creatures by night. After exchanging emails, David disappeared. For the next five years, the case only got stranger, as more connections and mysterious emails came in.

In 2016, Following three weeks of synchronicities spawned by a podcast episode about Greg's Kentucky Goblins story, Karl Pfeiffer went into pre-production on Hellier, hoping to follow up on the cliffhanger of the initial story.

About Hellier

After pulling together a team and all the "pro-sumer" camera equipment he had available, the team traveled to rural Kentucky, not knowing what they would uncover, or how deep they would discover the case might go.

Here we are, a year after the initial expedition. Hundreds of hours went into the post-production process, and we're finally ready to unveil the months of hard work and dedication to you, at no charge:

Here, we have the formal first expedition to Hellier, Kentucky, and the full story of the strangeness that changed our lives."

Why Do We Care, Sara?

Are you f*%$#ing kidding me?

GOBLINS. IN KENTUCKY.

KENTUCKY GOBLINS.

What's not to care about!?

This series is filled with modern-day Scooby Doo-level spooks as these intrepid explorers investigate something that can't decide whether or not it WANTS to be investigated. It's self-funded, BEAUTIFULLY produced, and a wild ride to watch.

Plus, the team is fantastic. Greg and Dana Newkirk are my favorite ghost hunters and truly incredible paranormal investigators. They run the Traveling Museum of the Paranormal and Occult (the world's ONLY mobile of the unexplained) where they collect haunted, cursed and spooky items of all types (including THE CRONE! Another one of my show references, wow!)

Karl Pfeiffer and Connor James Randall were also the Resident Investigators at the Stanley Hotel (you may know it as the hotel from The Shining. Like, woah?!)

Anyway, these people are creating a renaissance in paranormal investigation and paranormal media, and they deserve your attention (and your money! Send them a quick donation!)

Watch the first season for free on YouTube, and prepare for the second season coming on November 29th!
